國家發改委已下達2023年以工代賑中央投資73億元-全球視訊

為加快推動以工代賑項目實施、及早帶動困難群眾就業增收，今年以來，國家發展改革委已聯合財政部分批下達2023年以工代賑中央專項投資73億元，占年度擬下達投資規模的90%以上。

國家發展改革委透露，今年以來，國家發展改革委已聯合財政部分批下達2023年以工代賑中央專項投資73億元。

China has invested7.3billion yuan this year to support programs that provide work for people in need as a form of relief,the National Development and Reform Commission said Monday.

國家發改委已下達2023年以工代賑中央投資占年度擬下達投資規模的90%以上，支持中西部20余個省份實施2000余個農村中小型基礎設施建設項目。

The investment,which was jointly issued with the Ministry of Finance,accounted for more than90percent of the planned investment scale of2023.It will be used to support more than2,000small and medium-sized rural infrastructure projects in more than20provincial-level regions in central and western China.

以工代賑旨在吸納更多困難群眾特別是農村脫貧人口、易返貧對象、返鄉農民工等群體在家門口務工就業。

The work-relief programs are aimed at people in need,especially rural residents who have been lifted out of poverty,vulnerable individuals prone to return to poverty,and migrant workers returning to their hometowns.The programs are designed to help them find work at home,the commission said.

項目實施后，預計發放勞務報酬20余億元，吸納帶動20多萬困難群眾參與工程項目建設，人均增收1萬元左右。

After the project is implemented,it is estimated that more than2billion yuan of labor remuneration will be paid,driving more than200,000people in need to participate in construction projects,and raise their average income by about10,000yuan.

下一步，國家發展改革委將盡快下達2023年度剩余以工代賑中央預算內投資計劃，督促指導有關省份加快項目開工建設，抓實抓牢勞務報酬發放等工作。

The commission will issue the remaining investment plans of the work-relief programs for this year as soon as possible,urge and guide the relevant provincial-level regions to accelerate the construction of the projects and ensure labor payment.
